MANUFACTURING PATH

FROM WIRE, TO FINISHED FASTENER.

A clear view of the facilities behind the fastener. The applicable production route depends on the product form, material, grade and dimensions.

Manufacturing step

Engineers reviewing stainless steel fastener specifications

STAGE / 01

Raw Wire Storage

Material yard for incoming stainless, high-tensile and mild steel wire — sorted, tagged and traceable from intake to issue. Every coil is inspected against specification at receipt, making this the first quality checkpoint of every batch we produce.

02 / Production systems

Capacity
across the line.

Dedicated forming, threading and finishing systems support repeat orders and varied product categories. The applicable route is confirmed against each enquiry.

75

Bolt formers

Forming range – M6-M24

Multi-station cold-heading equipment for repeat bolt and screw production, including machinery sourced from Taiwan and Germany.

95

Thread-rolling machines

Feeder-assisted production

Dedicated rolling capacity for producing controlled thread profiles across relevant fastener requirements.

28

Nut formers

Nut-forming range – M5-M30

Multi-die forming capacity for standard and selected custom nut geometries.

Production qualification: Product geometry, material grade, finish and tooling requirements are reviewed before confirming the applicable range and production route.

03 / IN-HOUSE TOOL ROOM

WE DON'T BUY THE DIE. WE BUILD IT.

An integrated tool room means we can prototype a fastener, refine its die geometry, and run production – without leaving our gate. The result: faster development cycles and parts engineered to your exact spec.

05 / Production flow

From your requirement to dispatch.

Every requirement starts with a review. The selected route and operations vary with the product and agreed specification.

Review the requirement

Agree the product or drawing, standard, material, dimensions, quantity and required records.

Prepare material & tooling

Confirm material identity, production setup and any tooling needs for the requirement.

Follow the selected production route

Carry out the relevant forming, threading and finishing operations for the fastener.

Inspect & prepare records

Complete the agreed release checks and prepare the required documentation.

Pack & dispatch

Prepare the agreed packing, identification, delivery details and dispatch documents.
